Villa Anda's chef is adept at preparing a wide range of Thai dishes tailored to suit international palates, along with western favourites such as salads, grills and pasta.
All meals are served at the 12-seater indoor table with the windows wide open to the breeze. Breakfast is included in the villa rental fee apart from certain dishes.
Choose from western or Asian menus, which include favourites such as freshly baked breads and pastries or rice soup and a fantastic array of tropical fruits.
Lunch and supper are served en famille rather than one dish per person. There is a variety of set menus and individual dishes in the villa menu. These include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and children's dishes.
Depending on your preferences, your meals might include popular Thai dishes such as Phad Thai (stir-fried noodles with sweet and sour sauce and crushed peanuts), Satay, Yam Woon Sen (glass noodles salad) or Som Tam (Green Papaya Salad), accompanied by a light coconut curry. Or, if you prefer, we have western dishes such as salads, pasta or grills.
Lunch and supper are charged at market price for the ingredients plus a 20% handling fee and government tax. Before you leave home for your stay at Villa Anda, ask your Elite Concierge to stock the villa with favourite snacks and beverages, charged on the same basis.
